Infoway IT SolutionsSkill Development Training
INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS is a professional textile skills training centre for tailoring and embroidery Computer in Arunachal Pradesh, launched in July 2020-21. The centre also offers capacity building to amplify the participants’ chances of securing a job. INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS has a capacity of 600 students per year, and is equipped with 60 sewing machines, 60 hand embroidery work frames and 15 computers for basic digital literacy classes. The project aims to graduate 1800 students, whereof 114 students have already graduated following their 3-month training. After graduation the students are supported in securing a job in the textile
industry, or starting their own business. Of the total graduates, 73 have secured employment as tailors and 38 work from their homes. In July 2020 the project enrolled the third cohort of tailoring trainees, consisting of 48 students across three batches.
Medical Camps
The Free Health Camps are organised in the rural areas where people are neither able to afford medical treatment nor having any basic knowledge regarding health and hygiene. So, through these programs people are given various tips on health issues. Besides these, basic health problems and sicknesses are diagnosed provided with free medicines. The program is conducted in its targeted area with the help of doctors from the government (PHC) or private hospital. In fact, these programs have been great benefits to many such peoples every year who could not reach to the nearest local hospitals.

Vocational Training Programme
The INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS is committed to providing sustainable solutions to the social problems stemming from poverty. Self development is crucial to achieving this. By giving people training, skills and trades, we are giving them power. The power to take control and change their lives forever.
The Life-skills Training Institute delivers high-quality vocational training to individuals who are unable to avail of such services elsewhere. Professionally designed training, which is tailored to suit the capabilities of the trainees,
provides the young women and men with the opportunity to train and get a job placement. The institute was initially set up to help distressed and marginalized women. Now it’s also open to young people from INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS protection homes, surrounding slum areas and through placements from other NGOs working towards female and youth empowerment. These will typically be kids who have not received formal educations. INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS runs further vocational training in Arunachal Pradesh through a separate training institute operated by our partner NGO, PBKOJP, which is overseen and monitored by INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS.
Environment Awareness Programme
INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS started ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS PROGRAMME(E.A.P) to educate people with a notion “GO GREEN.” In this modern era, people are educated, but they are unaware of the destruction that we humans are doing to the environment.
Since 1970 environmental awareness gained importance in India after the UN-sponsored conference on the environment in Stockholm (1972). Environmental awareness is necessary as it recognizes the fragility of the situation. Environment awareness program on global warming and climate change is
essential. As they damage the environment to the farthest environment, awareness activities will educate people in different sectors.
Promotion of Handicraft
Indian handicrafts are famous worldwide since centuries and Arunachal Pradesh, especially, has a tremendous treasure of distinctive handicrafts. Surendranagar district of Arunachal Pradesh witnesses a wide range of INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS which are deep rooted in this region from years together. There are many handicraft artisans working in small or micro scale in Surendranagar district who are less focused, not much recognized and under privileged in terms of economic and social benefits resulting in to occupational shift. Governments have continuously been trying through a numerous schemes
and programmes to develop this sector and to promote the artisans. Various efforts are being done by INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS, private ventures and individuals too. But the reality is not satisfactory in this region. Therefore, the present study concentrates on various government and non government measures for the promotion, revival and preservation of handicrafts and their impact at the grass root level.
Child Education Programme
Mission Child Education is a national level programme of INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS, an company for education which is committed to providing basic education and healthcare to underprivileged children. INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS, an NGO for poor child education believes that whether you are addressing healthcare, poverty, population control, unemployment or human rights, there’s no better place to start than in the corridors of education.
Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life; means, because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one’s awareness
on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behavior to understanding one’s rights, and in the process evolve as a better citizen.
INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS’s educational initiatives include Pre-school [3-6 yrs], Non Formal Education [6-14 yrs non-school going], Remedial Education [6-14 yrs school going] and Bridge Course [14-18 yrs drop outs]. It is an education NGOM which works for education for underprivileged children who are under difficult circumstances, such as child labour, children of poorest of the parents, children inflicted and affected with HIV/AIDS, street and runaway children, children with rare disabilities, disaster struck children and slum children. Special emphasis is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered.
Women Empowerment Programme
Various studies, as well as our experience, have shown that when we work towards women empowerment, the whole society benefits. But unfortunately in India, far from empowering women, most are denied even their basic rights like health, education of girls for women empowerment, employment and a respectable status in society.
According to a recent UNDP Human Development Report, India has a dangerously imbalanced sex ratio, the chief reason being rampant female infanticide and sex-selective abortions.
Swabhiman, meaning self-respect in English, was initiated in 2005 to address these challenges through a simple yet effective approach. The programme is specifically aimed at realization of both individual and collective self-esteem and inner strength for marginalised and socially excluded women and adolescent girls through innovative community practices.
A tailor-made strategy called the ‘4 S Model has been developed under Swabhiman, the women empowerment programme. The ‘4 S Model’ is an acronym for four novel approaches, namely Seeking Healthcare as a Behaviour, Support for Education, Supporters through Male Involvement, and Sustaining the Change in Communities.
The programme identifies adolescent girls and women from the community and develops them into Change Agents, who in turn actively contribute to the community mobilization process.
So far, Swabhiman through women’s education empowerment program and health programmes has successfully made a difference to the lives of over 560,000 women and girl children.
Free Computer Education
Well-educated women can help to croato an educated society and thus pay her contribution in progressive nation. Not all women are economically stable to finance her education to thrive in the modern women. INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS manages and runs computer learning centre to help these women realize their dream of learning computers and secure a bright career.
The computer training centre provides basic training as well as advanced courses to students so that they can have better career perspectives. We have a dream of making every student proficient in using computers and survive in today’s
digital world. INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS provides free computer training to underprivileged students. They are trained by experts of the field who also provide them practical training for hands-on experience. Expert trainers and volunteers make sure the students receive the best knowledge of computer.
Free Legal Aid Advise Programme
The INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS is dedicated to the cause of protecting public interest, spreading legal literacy, taking up causes of general public importance for legal redressal and turning lawyers into socially responsible professionals.
The INFOWAY IT SOLUTIONS is run and managed voluntarily by Lawyers and students of law to help the poor, deprived, needy, downtrodden and the handicapped people to protect their rights as well as to generate awareness among people about issues that concern everyone, from civil liberties to environment to legal literacy.
